Please see my summary background as described below:First, I have been working as the volunteer program coordinator called “Volunteer for My Community (VMC)” at the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport (MoEYS) since its inception. Working in this position, I have been tasked with coordinating the entire program and closely related to local community development. With more than 3 years of experience as the program coordinator, I worked on preparing the VMC guidebook, preparing the annual action plan, setting up the monitoring and evaluating (M&E), designing baseline and end-line surveys, training local government officials, and recruiting and training local and capital volunteers, etc. Moreover, I also worked on fundraising and budget preparation to implement the program. Additionally, I am working as a focal person on coordinating and communicating with the line ministries and development partners e.g., World Vision, Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO), United Nations Volunteer in Cambodia, etc. Besides, I have also worked as an assistant to Senior Freelance Consultant and a junior researcher. In this position, I worked closely with both government agencies, international, and local NGOs. We work on policy formulation, guidebooks, and projects, particularly in research. Working with government agencies, I am well-understood and knowledgeable about public administration works and how public financial management (PFM) controls, especially at the sub-national level. Moreover, I am playing a role as a team member to review government policies and analysis. In the research field, I have the knowledge and practical experience to design the research both qualitative and qualitative. Additionally, I have experience in designing and coordinating research and data collection in Phnom Penh City, provinces, and the indigenous community. I have experience in leadership/management/coordinating roles. I was former President of NUM-International Law Students Association and worked preparing an annual plan and leading the team to achieve the goal of the association. I was also a coach and an advisor to International Criminal Moot Competition in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
