My name is Jordan Bunch. I am a Systems Administrator for MicroSPED Inc., an MSP based in Greenwood, Mississippi. I am responsible for preventive maintenance, configuration, security, and ensuring the reliable operation of small to mid-sized computer networks for our clients.After earning my associate degree in Precision Agriculture in 2014, I began my career as a Customer Sales Representative at Bestway AG, a family-owned business specializing in agricultural spraying equipment. During this time, I earned my Class A Commercial Driver's License and took on various tasks, including sales, manufacturing, and delivery services.My passion for computers and systems developed at a young age, and I have been largely self-taught in many aspects of IT. When I was offered an opportunity to join MicroSPED in early 2020, I eagerly accepted. Over the past few years, I have expanded my knowledge of the computer industry and developed strong relationships with our clientele. My areas of expertise include computer hardware, field installation, network management, wireless meshing, project planning, server configuration, network security, and Microsoft Office 365.I am committed to growing in my career by continuing my education. I returned to college to obtain my Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and am currently pursuing certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, and CISSP.I strive to build and maintain excellent customer relationships, work efficiently based on my experience, and continually increase my knowledge in this ever-evolving field.
