Alif is an undergraduate English Literature student from BINUS University, with a focus on creative writing in English. Several of his writings, fiction and non-fiction included, have been published under Sanctuary. An online press catered by and catering the publishing of writings by fellow BINUS English Literature peers. Students, graduates, and lecturers alike. One of Alif's fiction titled, Seek;1996, is in progress to be published by an online press, the Unreal Press. Within other online presses, he has submitted his works to Sans Press as well as Bat City Review.A little fun fact about Alif is that he was an undergraduate International Relations student at Tokyo International University (TIU). The 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic led him to drop out of TIU and go back Indonesia where a copy of Leo Tolstoy's Anna Karenina, found in a bookstore at the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, inspired him to take the mantle of English Literature.
