With over 30 years of experience across the energy and water sectors, George has held diverse roles globally, always prioritizing operational excellence and the well-being of employees. His expertise in leveraging online automation drives efficiency, performance, and accountability, ensuring that safety and quality standards are not just met but exceeded.In addition to his leadership at IWS, George serves as the Precinct Chair for Precinct 319 in Bell County, Texas, where he is dedicated to strengthening community ties and driving positive local initiatives.Beyond the boardroom, George knows how to spice things up. As the founder of the Central Texas BBQ Roundup (CTBR), he’s firing up a non-profit social welfare organization that brings people together for good causes—supporting animal services, law enforcement, and community safety, all while serving up some of the best BBQ in Texas. George also co-founded the Texas BBQ Bash, an event that knows how to bring the heat and excitement. Not stopping there, he co-created Empower Freedom, an organization tackling human trafficking in the energy industry, and is a founding contributor of Energy Strong, a platform built to connect and empower energy professionals.Whether he’s working to improve safety systems, serving his community, or dishing out a slice of BBQ heaven, George blends precision and passion in everything he does.
