Evaluated effectiveness of training and recommended solutions for all training delivered through FamilySearch and its partners. Oversaw the creation of e-learning, video, and in-person courses of entire audience listed above. Managed the Quality Assurance and customer feedback processes for all FamilySearch products, services, and customer service points. Managed a staff of 40+ employees and volunteers in evaluating, training, and implementing better business practices.
