• Lead all business units and maintain facilities for 500+ domiciled OTR drivers including a repair shop, vendors, trailer depot, regional orientation classes, and dispatch operations
• Manage a 25 day-cab division with 50 slip seat drivers and 2 fleet managers
• Develop and improve on site safety, trailer interchange, and security procedures
• Review key performance indicators for service sensitive customers in Chicago area and meet with them to discuss performance and future business opportunities

• Directly support operations for 3 Midwest locations on an as-needed basis
• Responsible for the training and support of assigned staff at each location
• Liaison with Area Director, report on process and terminal improvements
• Dispatch OTR, Regional, and Local drivers for Chicago terminal during home time
