Leading the Mid Corporate Lending team which is in charge of analyzing & assessment of credit proposals > TL 20m limit both in financial manner & risk perspective with decisive recommendations, • Assessment of review / limit increase requests & routing the deal to the Risk team and related mandates or present to the relevant decision-making authorities; considering the elements affecting the credibility as financial structure, morality/compliance, collateral value, existing operations/efficiency, sector experience, debt payment performance, refinancing / management risks,• Preparing intense cash flow scenarios (Management, Base, Sensitivity cases) for investment proposals including LT loans for hotel / construction / acquisition / energy projects both in local / overseas markets,• Detailing the assumptions of cash flow analysis & judgement of main margins e.g. DSCR, ND/EBITDA, • Negotiation & suggestion of financial & non-financial covenants to set-up appropriate credit structure with the client,• Intense use of English in credit proposals carrying out limits > TL 30m, prepared for Credit Committee and Board members,• Preparation of Green Light forms & active participation to GL Committee meetings (headed by highest mandate holders both for Risk & Front Office side) • Monitoring overall return & ROE of each customer and cut-off the deal in the initial chain if the proposal fails to meet appropriate margins, • Coordinating credit work flow between branches / Front Office / Risk Management teams,• Preparing weekly-updated pipelines for time scheduled deadlines,• Aiding the Credit Policy Team for annual overviews for tourism, textile, iron & steel, construction sectors,• Coaching the team by means of management & self-development,

• Analyze, validate and approve commercial loan proposals (preparing financial analysis reports) in accordance with policies / guidelines as underlined by internal manuals,• Reviewing existing borrowers on a periodic basis and process/authorize loan requests,

• Completed Pamukbank’s 14-week intense Management Trainee (MT) Program involving finance, tax, accounting, foreign trade, economy and financial mathematics,• Met the needs of corporate co’s having annual business volume over $ 25m,• Managed the portfolio including corporate clients as Doğuş Motor, Digitürk and Turkcell,• Took additional courses and seminars; inflation, macro economy, capital markets given by “The Banks Association of Turkey”
