Dr. Ayan is Chief Physician and an Anesthesiologist at Ankara Guven Hospital Cayyolu Campus, where he has been working for over four years. He has extensive experience and expertise in liver transplant anesthesia, as well as critical care medicine. He is also an Assistant Professor at Yüksek İhtisas Üniversitesi, where he teaches and conducts research on perioperative medicine, regional anesthesiology, and medical education/simulation in medicine.Dr. Ayan holds an MD degree from İstanbul Bilim Üniversitesi and a diploma in Healthcare Management from Anadolu Üniversitesi. He has completed several professional development programs and certifications, including the Advanced Life Support Certificate, the HESP, the FEAST and Sabancı University Executive Development Diploma. He is a member of various national and international societies, such as ASRA, ESRA, ESA, and TARD. He strongly believes that medical education and residency training need validated background and mentorship, and he hopes to become someone who clears the path for others to walk. Dr. Ayan's goal is to become a leader who inspires positive change and guides individuals not just in the medical field but also in the executive domain through his impactful leadership.
