• Worked on developing interactive activities to entertain fans during downtimes of sports events to be used by the MercedesBenz Stadium in Atlanta• Prototyped, tested, and demoed these interactive activities and improved upon them using data from the results of the demo• Submitted a patent for the prototype and created a plan of action for further development• Implemented methodologies for the Digital Services team to better calculate risk and mitigate accordingly• Designed new business operations procedures and accountability chains to allow the digital services team to cooperate more effectively

• Facilitated the transition of 2 banks into new IFRS 9 standards which require future-facing financial calculations of expected credit loss.• Performed quality and consistency checks on the data provided by the banks.• Calibrated the bank’s default data for different customer segments (SME, Retail, Corporate-Commercial, etc.) into a migration matrix. Considered both time homogeneous and inhomogeneous alternatives and applied appropriate measure for each of the customer segments. • Utilized the bank’s recovery and exposure data to set-up accurate regression models to predict exposure at default and loss given default. • Worked client-side and presented our models and calibrations to the bank executives.• Developed a SAS application for the bank using the probability of default, exposure at default, and loss given default data to calculate expected credit loss and thus required capital on hand.• The SAS program we developed for one of the banks was put into use at the end of October for the calculation of thefinancial budget of the 2018 calendar year.

• Integrated customer data in the Client side of the Vodafone customer relations management team during the transition into the new Siebel system. • Received billing and data plan modifications from the business end of the company and translated them into technical systems what worked with the frame of the Siebel interface used by Vodafone. • Edited major databases consisting of 20 million users and their plans which got implemented into live.• Worked in an AGILE work environment and managed SCRUM workflow.
