▪ Planning Distribution Centre Volume Forecast and negotiating volumes with DC Managing Team by daily and weekly basis to ensure minimum company stock level with best goods availability rate for customers.▪ Budgeting volumes by combining sales budget received from Finance Department with Promotion Data received from Marketing Department.▪ Increasing forecast accuracy by tracking yearly trends and seasonal effects.▪ Planning and smoothing peak volumes of Special Events such as New Year, Ramadan and Kurban Feasts to ensure minimum company cost and great availability at stores.▪ Analysing Depot and Store Safe Stock turnover rates and dissolve aged stock by escalating to the related departmenst to take actions.▪ Communicating and giving feedbacks to Supply Chain Goods In and Goods Out teams about daily volumes to hit weekly forecasts.▪ Complete requested SC Report and control accuracy and sufficiency.

▪ Preparing daily, weekly and periodic Supply Chain reports by pushing stake holders to achieve on time and sufficient data.▪ Analysing range (non-promotional) store orders and taking actions if needed.▪ Preparing demanded Supply Chain reports by determining accurate source and analysing it with MS Office (Excel, Access).▪ Create solutions to make Supply Chain easier and quicker by using Excel, Access and SQL Server.▪ Monitoring Supply Chain system and fixing issues when achievable, if not then escalating to IT.

▪ Preparing daily and weekly work plan in line with given forecasts and updating daily.▪ Negotiating over forecasts with Supply Chain department to optimize distribution centre manpower.▪ Creating and presenting a daily update report for executive team including all KPI’s.▪ Working with Operations team to achieve operational targets.▪ Preparing weekly and monthly Turkey KPI reports and publishing for CE Tesco in line with deadlines.▪ Preparing annual budget of Distribution Center by collecting data from all departments and finalizing via Finance Department.▪ Tracking actual costs weekly and monthly according to annual budget and reporting.
