- Conduct FMEA & PFMEA studies of complex production processes- Follow new technologies and maintain adaptation studies to improve production process- Conduct studies to reduce costs and improve cycle times of the department- Managing work orders- Driving small and large scale CAPEX investments including machine, tooling,and technology, software and new machining centers- Determine the investment needs related to the production and manufacturing departments for technical specification creation, purchasing, acceptance, and installation processes- Providing feedback to design teams on manufacturability, tolerance design, andGD&T- Liaise with external Vendors and internal departments like R&D, design, marketing, etc.- Create forms for regulatory, corrective and preventive actions

- Driving cost improvement studies in the Manufacturing Department andpresenting results- Take place in the make/buy processes and give feedbacks on the parts design by R&D on manufacturability, process, and materials- Analyze manufacturing and production faults and determine and take preventive actions- Making should cost analyses to enable purchasing department set target prices- Created standard instructions and work instructions to improve work quality

- Preparing NC programs (for detail parts, sub-assemblies), cuttingcharts and programs for waterjet, bending programs for pressbrake,operation sheets, and selecting and/or designing cutting tools.- Tooling and Machine Selection, jigs and fixture design for machining processes.- Compose standard procedures and work instructions of manufacturing and production- Responding and solving production related issues quickly

- Supervising FAI processes- Preparation of 3/5 axis machining programs using NX Unigraphics for aerospace and defence parts- Planned manufacturing capacities, determined work sequences, and created schedules to always complete the production on time

- Preparation of 3/5 axis machining programs using Solidcam for aerospace and defence parts- Operating CNC milling, turning, multi-axis machine tools which have Haas, Fanuc, Mazatrol control units- Selecting and purchasing cutting tools
