In my current role at Novartis Turkey Organization, I am responsible for all warehousing and distribution operations of Novartis and Farmanova organizations. For last four years, I have helped Novartis in managing 3PL provider tender project by keeping the budget under $3.5M/year. I also made a cost to serve project to have $70K/year saving at our corrugated boxes cost which we use at distribution to wholesalers. Moreover, I made a project with Novartis Technical Operations organization to improve our operation at 3PL warehouse by having one of our products with box hierarchy from manufacturing site which resulted in $18K per year saving to our budget. Currently, I am taking an important role in Novartis Organization’s system change process called Lean Digital Core to ensure all our operational requirements will be satisfied and improved by this big system change.
