I work at a company specializing in aircraft maintenance team production and am involved in design and production departments. My responsibilities include:- Design using SolidWorks (2D and 3D part design, assembly, sheet metal).- Reading, preparing, and geometrically tolerancing technical drawings.- Equipment design, creating Bills of Materials (BOM), and preparing production technical documents (turning, milling, welding, sheet cutting and bending, rotational molds).- Equipment design and production through reverse engineering, designing tools or parts based on customer requirements.- Reading and understanding production and design requirements of leading companies. Ensuring design and production align with specifications.- Quickly resolving issues arising during production stages of projects and ensuring project completion.

-5S application was carried out for the factory staff to work more regularly and easily.-New setups were installed on the presses used to increase the efficiency of the factory.Therefore, the amount of product produced has been increased.

-Installation and removal of internal combustion engines to jet aircraft.-Bremze tests of Jet engines whose maintenance has been completed.

-Necessary parts for aircraft were produced with CNC machines.

-Maintenance of the body and engines of Boeing and Airbus aircraft in the fleet.-Repair of Boeing and Airbus skeletons in the fleet.

-Maintenance of F-16 , F-5, F-4 aircrafts fuselage and enginee.-Revision of jet engines that exceed their hours of use.
