Senior Cae Engineer
Current- Building up finite element model, interpretation and evaluation of simulation results- Performing Finite Element Analysis on frame and mounted parts to evaluate stiffness, strength, durability and fatigue behavior- Optimization of parts and components based on simulation results- Planning, initiating and organization of all simulations tasks- Improve simulation methodology to increase accuracy level of FEA results- Close cooperation with design and testing departments, coordination of design changes, testing conditions and necessary measurements - Being in close communication with international Daimler locations; such as France, Germany, Brazil and India- Coordination of chassis model buildup activities with internal/external partners- Coordination of process automation for pre/post processing- Project responsibility of After Treatment System (Euro7) including not only simulation activities but also project coordination within CAE department, time/capacity and budget planning
