I accepted the offer to rejoin the rapidly growing Splitcharter team at Corendon Airlines, a company that doubles its flight program each year and established Corendon Malta (CXI), and relocated back to Antalya.During this period, I led the Corendon Malta (CXI) team within the department and was involved in seasonal flight planning. I took full responsibility for opening the designated flight network in the system. I conducted daily sales analyses for Corendon Malta's flights to Crete, monitored the market, and took actions based on competitor pricing and our occupancy rates. I managed daily correspondence with tour operator partners in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. I supported my team members with other destination flights they were responsible for. I resolved frequent system errors and implemented new ideas in collaboration with our system service provider. I supported the Accounting and Customer Service departments, handled finding alternatives for passengers of flights canceled due to technical or commercial reasons, and reviewed post-flight invoices. Additionally, I addressed issues reported to the 24/7 emergency hotline in coordination with the ground services department.

After a brief period at Anex Tour's Turkey office, I received an offer for the position of Flight Department Manager from Anex Tour in Germany and accepted the offer, relocating to Germany shortly thereafter. I also undertook various responsibilities for Azurair Germany, which is part of the same organization.My responsibilities included analyzing the flight programs of competing airlines in the German market, preparing a potential flight schedule for Azurair Germany, and presenting it to the management of both companies. I negotiated seasonal agreements with competitor airlines, established agreements with new airlines, and collaborated with the IT department to integrate systems between companies. I was involved in seasonal flight quota planning and procurement, defining seasonal strategies, opening and pricing flights in the system, monitoring and analyzing market prices throughout the season, negotiating price revisions with airlines, finding alternatives for excess sales caused by cancellations or system errors, reviewing post-flight invoices, and supporting customer service with client claims.
