Senior Global Rewards Specialist
CurrentResponsible regions: United States, Brazil, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, India and Dubai.- Managing and implementing appropriate compensation, benefits policies, and strategies,- Organizing and managing KPI and bonus structure for the whole company,- Making quarterly bonus calculations for the whole company,- Managing SSI entry and exit procedures with payroll providers,- Managing all payroll processes, making salary – SSI and income taxes and additional payments calculations,- Preparing monthly payroll reports by compiling all data required in a timely and detail-orientated manner,- Reporting payroll results for the whole regions and closing the month with the accounting team,- Reporting and analyzing the monthly budget/actual employee-related costs for the whole company,- Taking part in managing and preparation of the entire company's personnel budget,- Improving and enhancing the current remuneration system and procedures,- Supporting bi-annual and annual salary increase cycle studies when needed.
