Positioned as the technical expert in AI technologies and software integration, I offer consultancy to clients for incorporating our API-based Contracts AI products into their systems by designing and architecting solutions.I am responsible for developing and maintaining software artifacts to facilitate the seamless integration of our API-driven products. To showcase the value of Contracts AI technologies, I also create applications using various programming languages, workflow automation tools, low-code development platforms, and AI/ML models. Additionally, I perform regular tasks to improve the quality and reliability of the software and cloud infrastructure, such as conducting automated and functional testing, as well as resolving technical issues. In line with the product-led growth initiative, I also maintain product documentation and API references aligned with ongoing development, generate reports from raw usage data for improvement insights, and gather user feedback to contribute to the product roadmap.

As part of the sales organization, I was responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, strategically leveraging Oracle technologies to enhance their business operations. As part of the Technology Research & Development division, I was responsible for developing and maintaining test simulation software products using the Java programming language and relevant development tools. Additionally, I was part of the HP Quality Center administration team, which was tasked to serve Nortel's global software development organization for test and defects management activities.

As part of the software development unit, I was responsible for testing and quality assurance activities, including, but not limited to, creating end-to-end user scenarios on test cases, executing comprehensive test plans, and automating testing operations.This job helped me develop a deep understanding of modern automated testing tools and frameworks, software testing processes, and methods like ISTQB.
