Body Interior - Seats & Restraints-Overseeing seats and restraints systems across various ongoing passengerand commercial vehicles.-Leading end to end process of designing, developing and launching seats &restraints parts in allignment with Global Product Development System(GPDS).-Creating 3D CAD models with ensuring compliance with GD&T standartsand design specifications.-Conducting and amending piece cost, invesment and ED&T budgets.-Providing customer oriented solutions to improve customer experience inline with the company's strategic goals.-Leading validation test plans according to requirements, executing DesignValidation and Product Validation assesments.-Collaborating the development of component specifications, Design FailureMode Effects(DFMEA) and other crucial technical design documentation.-Creating quality documents such as Quality History, Boundary Diagram,SCCAF and tracking quality of builds until project launch with suppliers.-Establishing communication with suppliers by leading roles andresponsibilities agreements, prototype and production processes,commercial agreements and sourcing processes.-Experiencing agile way of working, conducted Kanban Master role for 1 year.
