I managed a team of 25 people to produce electronic boards for the automotive, mobile phone, and healthcare sectors.Over four years, I participated in the production of 400,000 CKD phones across eight different models.Additionally, I facilitated the production of prototype boards for the automotive sector under IATF standards.

I received training on Nexim and Flexa programs for Fuji, serving as a senior instructor. I managed periodic maintenance tracking for numerous factories using Fuji equipment. I resolved over 500 faults for Fuji, ensuring continuous production by bringing lines back online. I provided programming, training, troubleshooting, installation, and software update support to several companies, including Bosch, Arçelik, Siemens, Karel, and Farba. Additionally, I completed programming and commissioning for Yaskawa Motoman robots at Ford Otosan and Filli Boya factories. I also contributed to the OTES project by providing training, installation, and troubleshooting for laser marking machines for companies like Alpplas, Akplas, Sarpplas, and PAS. Furthermore, I have completed training in Simatic Manager and TIA Portal.

I adapted the production of phone models to the existing line, ensuring efficient manufacturing. Over two years, I contributed to the production of nearly one million phones. I provided periodic maintenance for complex machinery from brands such as DEK, Fuji, BTU, and NUTEK. Additionally, I developed an automated tracking program for inventory and stock management.
