I worked as an internal Project Manager at Instrument Transformer Center of Competence (IT CoC Global HUB).In this position, I completely changed the workflow (make a digital workflow from scratch) and reduced the lead time and process time of transformer offer calculation by developing state-of-the-art web based software called OneClick totally integrated with suppliers’ webservices. It is a pure game changer that drastically maximizes the efficiency of the department and increases the customer satisfaction by reducing the response time from 4-5 days to less than 1 hour. The project was awarded as a Continuous Improvement Project and OneClick has been actively used in different regions from Brazil to Indonesia.

This position has been the start point of my Siemens career. I worked as an expert for secondary and primary devices used in air insulated switchgears. I coordinated the workflow between Engineering and Procurement Department. By using the historical data of purchases of device groups, I found solid potentials for Contribution to Net Income and reduced the price of some critical secondary devices which has been reported one of the highest saving all over the purchasing volume of several million EUR' s.
