I thrive when designing flexible strategies in rapidly evolving environments affected by technology disruption, market volatility or new market entrants. I design new business models utilizing emerging technology products, both for markets with footprint and as an entrant to new markets. I had the privilege to work in 16 countries over the course of a decade, helping me to build a comprehensive, global perspective on today’s business ecosystem.Prior to UBS, I held several leadership positions, including Accenture Strategy’s innovation team as a Principal Director and Deloitte Digital’s innovation practice as a Director in Switzerland.In September 2021, I stepped into UBS as the Head of Digital Solutions, tasked with leading our internal consulting operations. Shortly thereafter, my role expanded to include founding and directing the Global Blockchain & Digital Assets teams within the Group Transformation Office. By the time we initiated the integration of Credit Suisse in 2023, I was appointed to oversee the integration efforts for Wealth Management Switzerland, acting as the deputy head of the Advisory & Sales organization. As we moved into 2024 and our integration initiatives progressed, I transitioned into a leadership role in Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance as an integration lead. In addition to my corporate engagements, I am an expert at the United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT), where I contribute to global trade facilitation and e-business initiatives.I hold an MBA from the University of St. Gallen and a B.Sc. Microelectronics Engineering from Sabanci University. I am a dual citizen of Switzerland and Turkey, residing in the city of Zurich, Switzerland.
