Prepare a vehicle body or other surface for painting. Job duties include all aspects of preparation. Responsibilities include steps such as the removal of dirt from the surface and parts due for painting. Sand, polish, retouch, buff, degrease, or otherwise clean the surface, mix color, blend paint, and load paint into spray-painting equipment apply primer to the surface to prepare and protect it until the painters perform their duties.

Maintain grounds, lot should be free of all trash and debris. Maintain lot campers for customer viewings. Keep parts and service common areas tidy and presentable at all times. Stay on top of daily and weekly deadlines. Keep organized documentation on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Make notations on any details that a technician may have missed. Detail is the last defense before each camper leaves the premises.

Create usable space in warehouse to store rentals. Locate, clean, and pack items, for delivery or customer pick up. Organize and put away orders upon return. I do whatever it takes to send orders out of the warehouse correctly and in a timely manner. Maintain and organize catering department.

Prepare the shop for opening each morning. greet guests upon entering, build relationships to promote repeat business, talk about the company’s history and where they came from. ringing up purchases, checking for errors in the stock room, fix display items after customers move them, cleaning, organizing.

Set up and break down different functions within a team to ensure that each event runs smoothly during its entire duration.
