ASCENDUM Makina is the company of Portuguese ASCENDUM Group, in Turkey.; distributor of Volvo CE, SDLG, SANY, Metso, also provides solutions regarding different parts supply to the customers for construction machines of all brands and models. Responsible for directing the HR and Quality functions in Turkey. Human Resources Function-Being a member of the Top Management Team, acting as the business partner, identifying HR related issues that may influence the implementation of business strategies and designing strategic HR solutions which are in line with the business plans and market needs.-Supporting the managers and employees by coaching them in the application of all HR rules & procedures in identifying and acting on their own improvement areas, participating in the decision making process on HR matters, conducting and management of all HR processes/activities.-Supporting the corporate culture development activities and management for rolling out of new organizational initiatives by acting as change agent.-Leading the training and development plans and programs, also undertaking the role as an internal Trainer for Leadership, Customer Care type of trainings.-Active role in global projects; Project Manager of Success Factors Implementation for other geographies of Ascendum, Global Employee Value Proposition and Branding Project etc.-Responsible for HR BudgetQuality Function-Quality Representative of the company-Leads and guides processes regarding ISO 9001:2015, ISO 10002:2015.

-From 2005 to 2007 worked as a freelance trainer in parallel with the formal career in Millennium Bank. After leaving Millennium Bank in 2007, became permanent -Acting as a strategic partner for the client firms; restructuring, reviewing HR programs/policies, providing consultancy-Designing development /training programs for client firms; specialty in personal development, soft skills, team building -Organizing, leading and performing trainings

-Directly reporting to CEO, also fully responsible to the Executive Committee composed of CEO, General Manager and Assistant General Managers -Taking full action in forming a new company from the scratch (launch of BankEuropa during Jan 2002- July 2003) and getting it on live (defining departments and titles, recruitments, performance evaluation process, compensation scheme, headcount needs, training programs…), -Forming the general HR management policies -Managing the whole HR functions of the company (recruitment, training&development, performance and career management, employee relations, compensation management).
