Pre-opening purchasing includes constructional, electrical, decorational products and services.It also includes materials of informational technologies, visual materials, technical staff etc. Operational purchasing is the purchasing which is performed after the opening of the stores. It covers the procurement of merchandising products such as bevearege, grab&go products etc. Operational purchasing also contains each type of demands of the stores such as maintenance, restoration, illumination, printed documents, staff uniforms, cleaning service, staff transportation services.. etc.
