- Working in its quality control laboratory.- Performing different kinds of analyses for powder flavours (standard powder mixtures, micro-encapsulated, spray-dried, extruded), caramel colorants and caramelized sugar.- Supplying the entry of the results obtained from these analyzes into the card indexes.- Applying the calibration processes step by step for many different devices such as spectrophotometer, pH meter, turbidimeter, moisture and salt analyzer.- Preparing the taste tests and panels with the aim of customer complaints and design variations.
