It Business Solutions Architect
My team was responsible for implementation and managing all of the applications for ECommerce and Customer Service respectively. I was privileged to provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers, business/system analysts and quality assurance resources. My position was also responsible for coordinating development for various projects, vendor relationship management, status reporting, and adherence to industry standards. I reported to the Director of Solutions Delivery and worked closely with the VP of ECommerce to establish the technical direction of the ECommerce platform. With the overall company retail footprint exceeding 400 stores nationwide, this created a high paced professional environment to match the aggressive growth. This growth was managed by utilizing various technologies and vendors. Some of these vendors included but were not limited to; Magento, EasyAsk, Certona, Adobe, CentruyLink, Rackspace, AlertSite, Gomez, Oracle, PowerReviews, Cognizant and Stibo.
