I joined Cognizant as Chief of Staff to the CEO where I was responsible for driving the CEO's external and internal agenda. I led a variety of strategic and operational activities across global corporate functions and BUs in a global 200,000+ person company.At Accenture, I worked in multiple strategy, IT delivery, and operations roles, including leading the sales and delivery of management consulting and IT services that led to dramatic changes and performance improvements to clients of all sizes in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.Skills include: strategic planning, business impact of digital tech, end-to-end M&A (from market strategy and target identification/sourcing, diligence, integration), operations management, digital transformation, program leadership, and process improvement.I have enjoyed creating and delivering professional development programs and corporate citizenship initiatives within corporations and nonprofits, and some of the most fun I have is co-emceeing Ascendion's annual awards gala.
