My passion for bold color, unexpected design elements and large scale graphics provides a lot of fun and whimsy to both my life and my clients. I am fortunate enough to work in a laid back studio with amazing views of Lake Champlain. You can often find me on the sidelines of my kids soccer, football or hockey games with a sketch pad in hand. I've discovered the magic of running a busy interior design studio AND spending loads of time with my family. After spending time as a designer in NYC and DC, I returned to my roots and landed a job with an architecture firm in Burlington, VT. Unfortunately in 2008 when the construction industry crashed, many of us found ourselves unemployed. My year on unemployment raising my two young children pushed me to identify how to have my cake and eat it too. Christine Burdick Design was started in 2010. It's been quite a journey and so much fun.
