My missions are :- Managing the Personalization Centre and its team- Defining objectives and goals for the team to reach the most efficient organization- Monitoring the Centre performance and share it to all related stakeholders- Leading projects to reach the maximum capacity, quality, security and customer satisfaction- Reviewing the Security and Quality Management System- Defining needed resources to reach the Personalization targets defined by the management- Be the interface with Sales and Customer Services teams

From October 2016, I have participated to the creation of a new Personalization Center in Dubai. After a great team work, in may 2017 we started the production.From the start to this milestone, I had to :- Define production & shipping flows,- Train operators and management on processes,- Realize maintenance and IT first investigation.My missions were:- Implementation of the Quality Management System,- Quality monitoring and risks analysis,- New products introduction on production lines,- Define Product Matrix per customer,- Setup machines per production,- Manage production issues,- KPI setup and action plan definition,And other actions contributing to the development of this Personalisation Center.

Drafting of the emergency plan, setting up of the training sessions,Analysis of measurement systems according to the ISO TS 16949,Benchmarking and buying of measurement toolsProject manager: Ensuring compliance of Quality and Environment Management System with the ISO 9001 and the 14001 version 2015,Drafting of the QSE Manual of Gemalto Pont-Audemer in accordance with to the ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Realization of a Failure Mode and Effects Analysis

Drafting of the “monitoring and emergency response Plan” to monitor hazardous pipelines and the environmental response, evaluation of risks and how to communicate in cases of emergency,Calculation of the Total Fluids fire emergency fleet, necessary within the Operational Internal Plan to extinguish a fire.
