About Maxwell Burgess

Hello!My name is Maxwell Burgess. I am a Game Developer currently working on personal projects. Formerly I worked at Owlchemy Labs for 7 years as a Senior Gameplay Engineer and Designer, where I shipped 4 VR titles including the award winning Job Simulator and Emmy nominated Rick and Morty: Virtual Rickality.Before that I graduated from the the Game Design program at the Vancouver Film School, where my work as a designer and programmer earned awards in the Best 2D Game and Best Final Game categories.While most of my professional experience thus far has been in virtual reality, I have a passion for game design of all kinds.
