BADRA CPF PHASE II (GAS PLANT) PROJECT is second stage of the BADRA OIL FIELD 2 bln USD Greenfield development executed in Wasit province of Iraq by Consortium comprising OEC, KOGAS, PETRONAS, TPAO and GAZPROM NEFT (Operator):- Monitored and controlled EPC contractors SAMSUNG E&C (Gas Plant and Power Plant scopes) and Techno Engineering Services (Pipeline scope) during Construction, Commissioning, and Early Operation phases;- Supported the EPC contracts claim rejection and counterclaim works;- Awarded with Certificate of Recognition for the Early Gas-In.

UGANDA REFINERY is USD 2 bln USD Greenfield project in Hoima, Uganda developed by Consortium of ROSTEC, MITSUI, and TATNEFT:- Lead the development of the terms of references and scope of work for the Feasibility and Concept Engineering phases contracts as a member of the Owner Project Management Team;- Acted as a technical lead for negotiations with potential engineering contractors and partners in Russia, UAE, South Korea, UK, and Uganda.
