I collaborated with a team to build an interactive customer support agent using a custom RAG pipeline powered by Azure OpenAl and Pinecone, enhancing response accuracy based on company knowledge. I also co-created a SaaS product that generates dynamic flashcards using Llama 3.1 via the Groq API, with Stripe integration for paywall and pricing. Each project was scaled to 400+ users, continuously optimizing based on feedback.

As an intern in Cloud Infrastructure, I tackled the challenge of moving from Atlassian on-premises to Atlassian Cloud to enhance collaboration and productivity. Using the Atlassian Migration Assistant, I facilitated the migration process and manually migrated specific repositories such as Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.In addition to optimizing Confluence Cloud with innovative solutions, I leveraged AWS to create scalable and secure cloud infrastructure and implemented Microsoft Azure to drive efficiency and reliability in cloud operations.
