Generating Carrier Statistics reports having parameters such as Interference on Idle (IOI), Path Balance (PB), Bit Error Rate (BER), and Time Slots (TS).Generating Cell Statistics reports having parameters such as Drop Call Rate (DCR), Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR), and Total Calls on each cell etc.Load/Unload & analyses various statistics from Operation and Maintenance Center (OMC).Responsibility of creating reports of newly commissioned sites, i.e. SHRs (Site Health Report).Responsibility of loading data, generation of stats, creation of reports & maintenance of MARS Server (Motorola Analysis and Reporting System).Installation/Troubleshot Motorola Analysis and Reporting System (MARS).Maintaining and allocation of resource to Optimization team.Coordination with Drive Test team and assignment of task to members of the team.Coordination with Drive Test team and assignment of task to members of the team.Spectrum Analysis using Net Tektronix YBT 250 Interference Analyze.Neighbor analysis for new commissioned Mobilink sites.Responsibility of conducting Drive Test for newly commissioned sites, City level.
