• Acting as an agent behalf of ship owners/ ship management /ship charterers / ship brokers in UAE Ports/Anchorages.• Handling and supervision of all type of vessels with regards to Hub services at UAE Ports/Anchorages.• Coordination with vessel for pre arrival formalities in UAE Waters.• Planning and scheduling of day to day requirements of vessel’s in UAE Ports.• Monitoring and updating vessel movements in UAE Ports with ship principal.• Booking and arranging berthing facilities for vessels is calling for Hub services with concerned authorities.• Reply and communicate with customers/vessels with regards general enquiries relating to Hub Services.• Assist Operations Manager with market or commercial information relevant to our business.• Ensure high quality standards are adhered to during all aspects of operations. • Ensure cost efficient operations. • Ensure that all costs and charges are supported by the original invoices & vouchers•Ensure that all service Requests from Principals are promptly addressed within designated KPI’s.•Services to be performed like CTM ( Cash to Master), SPARES, CREW CHANGE, BUNKERING, PROVISIONS & Other Husbandry Services Like :-•Dry Docks •Fresh water supply •Garbage Disposal for the vessel at any port of call.•Ensure receipt of PDA dispatch to Principals with Acknowledgment in order to secure the appointment.•Highlight any issues arising from day to day operations and escalate to Account manager / Operation manager as required.•Assist port Inquiries and coordinate real time response to queries from clients in the Bulk, cruise or Tanker sectors.

• Ensure that all service Requests from Principals are promptly addressed within designated KPI’s.• Services to be performed like CTM ( Cash to Master), SPARES, CREW CHANGE, BUNKERING, PROVISIONS & Other Husbandry Services Like :-•Dry Docks •Fresh water supply •Garbage Disposal for the vessel at any port of call.• Liaise between the Client and the performing offices to deliver HUB Services to the satisfaction of the clients including smooth and timely processing of DA (invoice) and reporting to the Principal. • Ensure receipt of PDA from Performing Offices and dispatch of the same to Principals with Acknowledgment in order to secure the appointment.• Highlight any issues arising from day to day operations and escalate to Account manager / Operation manager as required.• Liaise and attend to any queries from the Principals and performing Offices.• Confirm list of services Delivered from the Performing Offices.• In case of any urgent requirement from the principal, then alert the performing offices and inform the Account Managers.• Assist port Enquiries and coordinate real time response to queries from clients in the Bulk, cruise or Tanker sectors.• Liaise and coordinate with LPA (Local Performing Agent) on a Daily basis for DA and supporting Documents.

Customer Service, Documentation, Total logistics • Visited ICD & CFS to understand the practical aspects of business.• Ensure that documentation is done relating to export and import of any materials and goods.• Filing Shipping Instructions.• Collecting the database of the customers.• Understanding the needs of the customers and booking the containers from the shipping lines.• Ensure proper communication with Principal especially in case of requirements pertaining to documents & variable costs.
