I art-directed, supervised and organised seamless production of the necessary content under heavy time pressure working closely with many of the departments involved, including Sky’s Top Management, at the same time producing 3D and 2D animated content myself. • Leading role in production of Sky Cinema Animation Pop Up Channel. I was responsible for developing the concept and performed all-level team supervision of production of the full visual packaging for the Channel. Wrote storylines and directed short animated 3D movies while contributing my animation and 3D skills on all levels of production. • Improved and developed the internal production pipeline. Developed optimised solutions and templates for faster visual content production greatly reducing the required time and cost for ongoing and future project deliveries.• Introduced a Knowledge and Content Base to ensure faster asset search as well as How-To’s for the Motion Design Team to have at hand at all times.

At TWP Company I started my career in the field of multimedia and design. The constant urge to create and fascination with new means of visual communication such as web design and flash animation have contributed to my working my way from an HTML developer to leading a team of flash designers.
