Since joining Hiive, I have overseen the development and successful launch of Hiive.co.uk, the professional network for creative people which now has over 100,000 registered members and 4,000 businesses on board including Google, BBC, Facebook, Framestore, Channel 4, Penguin and Sony. As product owner for the site, I worked on the site's development from the start developing and honing the features that would appeal to our target audience of creative professionals. That saw us launch Hiive in BETA in October 2014 where we refined the product thereafter until our official launch on March 9 2015 where we launched Hiive on time and on budget. As marketing lead for Hiive, I have put together an editorial team which has seen us grow a Hiive social community from scratch that spans 25,000 followers.
