With more than a decade in experience with education, ranging from private schools to public education and to individual learning, fostering growth in others has always been central to what I do.Add to that growing up in the French Immersion curriculum in Hamilton and coming to develop a deeper, more personal relationship with the language in my adulthood, I have cultivated a personal and authentic understand of how the process of learning, how to get it to stick so that it is useful to us, and making it a joyful process wherever possible.After years working front line with special needs, teaching classes, and individuals I have moved into growing an organization from a leadership position as Integrator and Head of Operations.Creating environments and attitudes that foster a love of learning, democratizing learning, and creating community.
