I am a software development, architecture and computer science expert with wide ranging experience in a variety of domains including: Windows OS, Windows display kernel, Windows drivers, Linux kernel drivers, real-time embedded systems, kernel/driver OS development, game software, bioinformatics/genomics, scientific applications and more. I regularly design and implement software at all levels from drivers touching hardware registers to high level GUI applications using everything from assembly language, C, C++, up to C#, Java, Python and Ruby.Much of my last 15 years have been spent focusing on computer display systems and Intel power management. I've done almost everything from validating hardware, to verifying verilog/RTL and most recently the software driving the color accuracy of Microsoft's entire Surface product line. Whether it's verifying hardware designs in FPGA-based simulators, or inventing new software tools for working right at the boundary of hardware and software, I bring a broad base of experience. I'm accustomed to working and providing technical leadership in environments with tight deadlines with ambiguous requirements. From high volume manufacturing to high quality customer experience, I drive towards software excellence. Uncompromising where critical but compromising where one must. Please, no third party recruiter contacts. Thank you!
