I founded Burkus, an apps and games development company.Projects:• Catlists - a word-based, multiplayer, party game released for Android, iOS, and Windows. The game features millions of rounds and doesn't require internet to play. I developed new features and fixed defects on a Java web application. I went to trips to the USA with my team to plan out our work for the next quarter with other teams working on the project. I studied for and became an "AWS Certified Developer – Associate".

I re-joined my team from my internship. I worked on features on all layers of the application (front-end, back-end/business layers, persistence layer) using Java, Angular, and SQL. I developed microservices and worked on AWS/cloud-based apps.

I worked on designing and developing web services in Java. I tested and maintained these services. I collaborated with teammates on analysing defects and worked with our customers daily to provide solutions. I was nominated for the Ulster University Innovation in Placement Award for Computing.

I was awarded the Liberty IT scholarship and I completed an 8-week summer placement as part of this. I worked with two teams and was given the opportunity to experience developing software in industry. When on placement, I worked on new features, created unit tests, performed smoke testing, and fixed defects.
