Performs a range of client engagement activities centered on ensuring product delivery standards are maintained and client expectations exceeded. Perform bid/no-bid analyses for all USN and USMC acquisition efforts. Perform authoring of proposal technical sections and past performance submissions, as well as performance of gate reviews for team submitted products. Utilize an Intuit enterprise-wide capture management tool for tracking, monitoring and archiving of targeted opportunities within established pipelines. Data items include contact summaries, procurement documentation and potential revenues based on PWIN and subcontracting metrics.Responsible for activities to identify, qualify and initiate the processes surrounding the building of teams specifically tailored to the opportunity. These efforts include both priming and subcontracting relationships based on a strategy which positions GRSi in a favorable place for the procurement.
