In addition to my client service, I am responsible for defining and guiding an overhaul of Deloitte's national HR Transformation Analyst program. This requires understanding the causes of employee dissatisfaction, creating new training and staffing models for our Analysts and ultimately defining a new hiring, development, training and staffing strategy for our campus hires. This effort is currently underway and is helping to increase career satisfaction and improve retention for our recent hires. I have previously served as the HR Transformation Central Region Service Line Lead where I oversaw talent development across all levels of our staff within Deloitte's HR Transformation central region.

Defined HR and Payroll strategy roadmap for a global client undergoing a major acquisition. Work included system analysis, vendor selections and cost modeling of future state as well as mitigation strategies for Day 1 operations. Project Manager over a global SAP HRMS implementation for a mid-western manufacturer of medical devices. Included work in Japan, Switzerland, Germany and India. Managed all aspects of design, build, testing, training, communications and contracting and billing.Engagement lead working with mid-western provider of consumer and professional cleaning services to migrate existing HRMS from a 3rd party outsourcer to an in-house PeopleSoft solution with outsourced payroll to Ceridian. Work included activities in Japan, Brazil, US, Canada, Italy, Germany, Spain, India, and the UK.Implemented Oracle EBS for a large US based retailer. Work included leading the Payroll team as well as establishing the data privacy and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) requirement for the overall project. Total employee population paid in excess of 200,000 FTEs.

Led the payroll team for a Fortune 100 retailer, ultimately delivering what was at the time the largest PeopleSoft implementation ever, resulting in the successful processing of over 300,000 employees within non-negotiable Y2K timelines.Cultivated and closed sales opportunities within the PeopleSoft HRMS space.

Designed, coordinated and led testing efforts for the HR and Payroll implementation of a US based insurance company. Work included stabilization and triage of support tickets coming into a shared services call center.Led the business case analysis for a mid-western provider of payroll services, working directly with the CEO, CFO and CIO to define their future go-to-market strategy as a provider of payroll services.Led the Payroll team for a US based client implementing PeopleSoft. Responsible for all aspects of system design, configuration and testing.

Defined requirements and design criteria for a mainframe based custom pricing solution for a regional transportation company. Included analysis of reporting requirements and distillation of over 100 unique reports to four aggregated reports.
