About Bob Burnett

I work with executive leaders to help define their global HR strategies. With those goals established, I follow through with the implementation of structures and technologies to support the execution of those human capital strategies. Workday is the current foundation for my technology work. I've also successfully implemented Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft and SAP. More often than not my work is global and I've led engagement teams covering the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. My experience includes implementations with multiple 3rd party providers of Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll outsourcing solutions. Beyond my global team management and implementation work, I've also led HR strategy projects to guide clients through major business events such as mergers and/or acquisitions. Developing talent is a passion for me. I lead Deloitte's national Human Capital HR Transformation Business Analyst program. This allows me to coach and mentor over 100 of our recent campus hires. This group represents the next generation of talent for our firm and I'm honored to build the culture and sense of community that makes Deloitte an employer of choice.     In addition to my client service, I am responsible for defining and guiding an overhaul of Deloitte's national HR Transformation Analyst program. This requires understanding the causes of employee dissatisfaction, creating new training and staffing models for our Analysts and ultimately defining a new hiring, development, training and staffing strategy for our campus hires. This effort is currently underway and is helping to increase career satisfaction and improve retention for our recent hires. Managed all aspects of design, build, testing, training, communications and contracting and billing.Engagement lead working with mid-western provider of consumer and professional cleaning services to migrate existing HRMS from a 3rd party outsourcer to an in-house PeopleSoft solution with outsourced payroll to Ceridian. Work included activities in Japan, Brazil, US, Canada, Italy, Germany, Spain, India, and the UK.Implemented Oracle EBS for a large US based retailer. Work included leading the Payroll team as well as establishing the data privacy and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) requirement for the overall project. Total employee population paid in excess of 200,000 FTEs.
