My resources make training staff and reducing customer enquiries a breeze.I have a strong professional background in technical support, an enthusiastic personal interest in the solutions technology provides, and an eagerness to jump straight in and learn. Although tech can be confusing, I don't feel that I have done my job until I've made it easy to access and understand.I also believe in giving back to the community that supports you. I have over 200 hours of volunteer experience, across a variety of industries that are important to me.
