Current• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.• Client Onboarding and Support: Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support to address issues and maintain satisfaction.• Account Growth and Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and develop strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.• Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate with clients to create and execute strategic plans aligned with their goals, tracking progress and success.• Issue Resolution: Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.• Performance Monitoring: Analyze account performance and client satisfaction, using insights to drive improvements.• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver effective solutions.• Reporting and Documentation: Keep accurate records of client interactions and account activities and provide regular status reports.• Client Feedback and Improvement: Gather and act on client feedback to improve service delivery and client experience.• Market and Competitor Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.• Contract Management: Oversee contract renewals, amendments, and ensure compliance with terms.• Revenue Management: Monitor and manage account revenue, billing, and payments to meet financial targets.
