Responsible for many aspects of planning, integration, and support for various MEI System’s technologies, that involves but is not limited to leading over a field team in the process of installation or service fully automated robotic machines into the customer’s existing laboratory’s infrastructure. During the integration process I am responsible for solving all associated technical difficulties, ensure overall function of the given systems and make recommendations for updates or corrections in the manufacturing processes. Troubleshooting often consist of solving any networking, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, electronic and software issues, as well as connection problems with customer’s LMS servers. Customizing machines software, OMA parameters using logical operators and boolean expressions (VB), and much more. Furthermore I am also responsible for IT administration and VoIP at our Chicago and CA offices. I assure to include good InfoSec practices while maintaining continuity to our business operations. I diagnose any network problems, collect IT usage statistics, making recommendation for improving MEI’s IT systems and carry our routine configuration and installation of the IT solutions. I am proud to announce that in 2011 when I took over many responsibilities, we have greatly improved all our internal processes resulting with exponential growth of our company.

In period of around five years, while I was working on my undergrad, I have performed IT and security consulting for individuals and small businesses; which consisted of technical support, general pen testing, onsite internet security assessment, wireless assessment and creating basic policies based on a NIST standard. I would also generate and present reports on security vulnerabilities and help with re-designing customers internal networks and implement changes that included good information security practices.
