Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the access and transport architecture within Central Office Colocations. Develop via Visio software network designs and architectural plans. Engineers rack, wiring, powering, and mechanical requirements for Central Office facilities. Coordinate with Field and CO Technicians in order to facilitate new hardware and circuit installation. Interface with vendors to purchase equipment.

Supervise and provide technical assistance to nine technicians in troubleshooting SDSL, T-1, IDSL, ADSL circuits, email, and web domain issues. Wrote the Standard Operating Procedure for circuit testing for Network Telephone. Previously held position as ACE of circuit testing. Provide telecommunications service to thousands of customers in nine southeastern states. Supervise technicians in assisting customers troubleshoot and set up email accounts.
