During my tenure with Southwire Company, I held multiple jobs across several business units. Those included responsibility for developing, implementing and managing environmental compliance programs at newly acquired manufacturing facilities as well as providing operations support for process improvement and training. I also managed an ISO 9001 quality control program and a staff of 65 hourly personnel including four supervisors as well as provided technical support and expertise for process improvements. I had responsibility for assuring compliance with Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP) radiological requirements in addition to RCRA and State of Virginia solid & hazardous waste regulations.
