Responsible for the management of a department of five Commercial Analysts and two Pricing Clerks. Providing both scheduled and bespoke analysis to the business, customers & suppliers as well as managing the maintenance of the product & pricing files for over 70,000 SKUs.Currently working on a large scale project to transfer existing IT systems to Travis.

As part of my promotion to Commercial Project Manger I was seconded to the group IT department on a part-time basis to represent the PTS Commercial Team. Business Lead for the largest IT project in the history of the group, implementing K8 into our Central Functions and Distribution Centres.Used process mapping and scenario modeling to specify and test.

Responsible for all analysis requirements for the Area Directors and Sales Managers.Created unique invoicing solutions for customers through the automation of reports using our in-house systems and via third party invoicing companies such as Coins and CEL.Designed a price checking system which enabled the automatic analysis of prices paid versus prices.

Responsible for all analysis requirements for the Branch Managers and Sales Representatives.Produced monthly sales out information to key customers and suppliers.Generate bespoke pricing disks for customers and distributing each month. Assisting the pricing team with large supplier increases in excess of 1,000 SKUs
