Admin panel allows users to spin up new Servers to the SaaS product through Rackspace’s Cloud Server API. The panel also allows for creating, reading, updating, and deleting of many different types of records in our product.• Developed the digital rights management for a Windows based product named Media Zone Pro, requiring the software to ‘phone home’ periodically to authenticate against a server.• Maintain production and development linux servers. Including backups, redundancy, security, email and websites.• Developed a new web based CRM for tracking customers and software licenses/serial numbers using PHP/javascript/jquery/AJAX/Postgresql.• Engineered a live video streaming service, allowing our customers to stream video to their digital signage. •Developed and maintained 5 Asterisk Servers Internationally, clustered to reduce load and telecommunication costs.•Ensure phone system is functioning 24/7/365, logging all call statistics and recording all phone calls.•Developed and maintained automatic daily/weekly/monthly backups of all servers•Develop scripts to make job easier, such as a script to clean out a users voicemail or to change the voicemail password•Developed Automatic Phone Based Verification System - During the sign up process for hosting service, the phone system would automatically call them. Once the call was initiated, they were given a verification code. The user then had to enter the code into the web page to complete verification and the sign up process.•Developed Web Based Call Monitoring - a web based tool that allowed specific managers the ability to listen to any call from a list of users they're allowed to listen to.•Developed an application to allow authenticated live call monitoring. - Written with Asterisk AGI, PHP, and MySQL. The manager would dial *75 on their desk phone (To prevent abuse, the manager had to be at their desk phone for authentication to be successful). When prompted, they enter their password into the phone system to attempt authentication.If authenticated, they are then able to enter the extension they want to listen to. The application would then check if the manager has permission to listen to that extension. If everything is successful, the manager could listen to a live call in progress.•Developed Voicemail Limit Notification System - Each user has a limit of 100 voicemails in their inbox, or 100mb worth of calls (whichever came first). Emails are sent daily when user hits 80%+ of their usage limits.•Integrated Asterisk into our current CMS, linking all customer calls and recordings to their customer page.•Provisioned new phones and maintained all extension, DID’s, and Toll Free numbers.•Upgraded from Asterisk 1.4 to 1.6, fixing all deprecated code
