Initiated the continuing free training programme for Scottish museums and implemented new mechanisms for advice and national/local sector networking and formal partnerships. Developed and directed a number of major skills development and museums standards development project internationally (partnership with Museums of Malawi, national touring exhibitions, collections review and collections rationalisation projects.
