    I oversaw the in-house production team and freelancers to deliver numerous successful hybrid production for all DHD client events. From developing and instituting best practices for pre-pro, show build, and asset management, through engineering, producing, and directing fully hybrid local and remote production using both local and remote crews, we delivered successful and engaging events every time. I transitioned DHD into being able to market itself as a fully capable, client ready, rentable production studio space.I Imagineered multiple levels of solutions to make remote participation in hybrid events deliver higher quality, while also dramatically simplifying the remote guest's role down to opening a briefcase, plugging one cord in, and touching one button. We could fully control the remote camera, lighting, and computer from that point on. I built the studio's portable solution for on-location, multi-camera, live-switched, streamed and recorded production- including mission-critical redundant internet connections, redundant recording, and redundant switching that flawlessly delivered multiple events for very happy clients. Using over 20 years of broadcast television experience, I was able deliver this solution by repurposing disparate in-house resources which minimized development outlay and maximized return on investment.
